Support and Sustenance

Licensed Mobile Massage Therapy

We will be offering in-home licensed Massage Therapy.

Juicing Services and Kitchen Organization

We prepare homemade green juice and other assorted juices upon request. We will get your kitchen organized.

Food Preparation

We honor food sensitivities and avoid allergens. Cypress Knees is not responsible for grocery costs, but we are happy to shop for you. We prepare nourishing meals to help you restore your love of eating.

Alternative Approaches & Administrative Support

Meditative Practice

Meditation and mindfulness practices through music, listening, food journaling,  and free-flow writing.

Spend Time in Nature

Outdoor walks, planting, grounding, and sun-sitting

    About Cypress Knees

    Our Story: Found in nature, cypress knees are believed to provide support for the cypress tree. Cypress Knees is a personal calling that embodies community support in the truest sense. We offer help and alleviate the burdens of coping with all digestive disorders. We believe there is a profound need for assistance within this special community. Our areas of focus include sustenance, navigating the medical system, and finding comfort within the journey. Our stories are often left untold or misunderstood because of the private nature of these matters. Dropping down shame and being able to trust someone who relates to your struggles is at the very heart of our purpose.

    Approach: We provide services that help meet people where they are. Our programs are created from a place of sensitivity and compassion. Cypress Knees has been founded on a promise to feed and nourish our clients physically, mentally, and spiritually. Ours is a mission that emanates from empathy and is rooted in love and understanding. We acknowledge your fears, will help you combat isolation, and will facilitate ease within your daily routines. All of the services we offer are tailored to your unique needs. We take a listening approach and gently honor coping strategies that resonate with each client.

    Our Impact: We will help mitigate stress and improve quality of life. We bring light into our undersupported community. We aim to promote awareness around digestive illness and reduce stigma. We strive to bring our clients to a place that surpasses acceptance and instead promotes thriving. The essence of what we do is to encourage and support for a season, while creating opportunities for our clients to become our ambassadors.

     We will begin offering Muscular Therapy & Massage Therapy in September 2026
